PS.Cafe, a prominent brand under the PS.Gourmet Group, began its journey in 1999 as a small café situated within the Projectshop fashion boutique in Singapore. The brand was established by founders Peter Teo, Philip Chin, and Richard Chamberlain, who transitioned from the fashion industry to food and beverage. Their background in fashion and art informed the café's design-conscious aesthetic, aiming to create an urban retreat that blended retail with a dining experience.
