ProxDeal crawls a broad pool of sources, including company websites, corporate registries, and M&A deal databases, ensuring that its data is always up-to-date and contextually relevant.

Beyond list generation, ProxDeal integrates automated outreach tools so that users can convert longlists into personalized email or letter campaigns with their branding in place—streamlining what would otherwise be a laborious manual follow-up process . Developed by a joint venture between AISBACH Data Solutions and Sigubald Company—supported by AI engineers and M&A advisors from TU Munich—the company was founded in May 2024 in Munich.
