In August 2023, Primetric was acquired by BigTime Software, a US-based provider of time tracking and project management solutions. The acquisition was a strategic move to combine BigTime's expertise in billing and invoicing with Primetric's resource management and financial planning capabilities, aiming to create a comprehensive PSA solution for the professional services market. Before the acquisition, Primetric had secured funding from investors including Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder, WP2 Investments, and Unfold.vc.
