Prime Again Co., Ltd. is the developer behind the mobile application DecoAlbum Purikura Camera, a photo collage and decoration app. The application is particularly popular in the Japanese market and is designed to appeal to users who enjoy creating "kawaii" (cute) style photo edits. The app was first released for iPhone in June 2012, followed by an Android version in December of the same year.

Targeted primarily at a female audience, DecoAlbum allows for extensive photo customization. Users can add text, change backgrounds, and apply numerous virtual stickers and frames to their pictures. The platform provides over 600 decorative elements like stamps, frames, and backgrounds, which are available for free. Finished creations can be shared on various social media platforms, including mixi, Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter. The app also facilitates the organization of edited photos into albums.

The business model appears to be centered around in-app purchases. While a substantial number of decorative items are offered for free, the inclusion of a "DecoShop" within the app suggests a strategy to monetize by selling additional premium artwork and customization options. In April 2013, the company secured $100,000 in seed funding from East Ventures to support its growth. By that time, DecoAlbum had reached one million users, with half of them being monthly active users, and was available in English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai.
