Prestige and Homeseeker Park & Leisure Homes is a UK manufacturer of residential park homes and holiday lodges, with a history that involves the merging of two established brands. The Homeseeker brand was established in 1984, growing its reputation for quality. Prestige Park & Leisure Homes was founded in May 2007 by Silvano Geranio with a small team focused on high-quality design and construction. As Prestige grew, it diversified into the leisure lodge market and became a notable competitor to Homeseeker.

The two companies merged following a multi-million pound refinancing deal, supported by a £13 million ($16.9M) investment from Praesidian Capital in September 2016. This amalgamation created one of the UK's largest manufacturers in the sector, combining the shared values of quality and customer service. The business produces up to 15 homes and lodges weekly from its manufacturing site in Rushden, Northamptonshire. It caters to both the residential market, driven by an aging population seeking single-story homes, and the growing UK leisure market for 'staycations'. The company offers a range of models and also creates bespoke designs, working with customers to build homes to their specifications and budget.

The company's ownership has seen changes over the years. In December 2021, RoyaleLife acquired SEK Holdings Limited, the parent company of Prestige Homeseeker. More recently, in 2024, Hull-based family business J.R. Rix & Sons Ltd acquired Prestige Communities Group Ltd, the parent company of Prestige, marking the Rix Group's entry into the residential park home sector.
