Premier Choice Healthcare (PCH) is an independent health insurance and employee benefits brokerage firm based in the UK. Founded in 1996 by Stephen Clark, who currently serves as a Non-Executive Director, the company operates with the goal of finding suitable and cost-effective health insurance solutions for its clients. PCH is led by Managing Director Johnny Main, who joined the company in 2003 as a sales consultant and was appointed to his current role in 2021.

The firm offers a wide range of services, including private medical insurance, group risk benefits, and business protection. PCH caters to both individual and corporate clients, providing advice and sourcing policies from a diverse panel of insurers. The deal was overseen by GRP (Global Risk Partners), which had previously acquired PCH in 2020. Despite the acquisitions, the PCH brand and its leadership team, including Johnny Main, have remained in place to continue managing the business operations.
