Formerly known as Patel Electricals, the company executes turnkey projects across the full voltage spectrum, including Extra High Voltage (EHV), High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) systems. Its services extend to the development of electrical switchyards, substations, industrial electrification, solar power plants, and underground distribution networks.

The company was incorporated on March 3, 2023, and is led by Director Yogeshkumar Narottambhai Patel, who has over 15 years of experience in the industry. His co-director is Snehalben Yogeshbhai Patel. Under their leadership, the company has delivered more than 30 turnkey projects and laid over 4,000 kilometers of transmission lines. Polite Powertech primarily serves government utility companies like GETCO and DISCOMs by bidding on public tenders, and also undertakes industrial projects for private sector clients.

In August 2025, the company secured ₹20 crore in a pre-IPO funding round led by Chanakya Opportunities Fund I. This capital is intended to help the company capitalize on significant government initiatives aimed at upgrading India's power infrastructure, such as the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) and the Green Energy Corridor Phase II. The company also offers comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) services for solar power plants and EHV substations to ensure optimal performance and asset longevity.
