Pipeimob is a Brazilian proptech-fintech company providing a Transaction Relationship Management (TRM) platform to digitize and streamline real estate processes. Officially launched in 2021, the company was co-founded by CEO Roberto Nascimento, a veteran of the Brazilian real estate tech market who previously founded ZAP Imóveis and ImovelWeb, along with Danilo Herrero and Renato Rodrigues. Herrero had developed the initial concept to manage his family's real estate agency, which was then scaled into a market-wide solution upon partnering with Nascimento and Rodrigues.

The platform serves real estate agencies, brokers, and their clients by organizing and automating the entire post-sale journey, from proposal to closing. Key features include workflow management for the roughly 39 documents typically involved in a Brazilian property sale, digital signature capabilities, AI-generated contracts, automated document requests from registry offices, and integrated communication for all parties. A significant component is its integrated financial infrastructure, which handles payments, fees, taxes, and the automatic splitting of commissions, functioning similarly to an escrow service. The company has introduced features like "CompraSegura," which holds down payments in a transitional account until specific conditions are met, enhancing security and transparency for buyers and sellers.

Pipeimob's business model is subscription-based, with fees varying by client size, along with a setup fee and a per-transaction charge. It targets the persistent bureaucracy in the Brazilian real estate market, aiming to reduce the time and complexity of transactions. The company has secured clients such as Loft, RE/MAX, and Keller Williams. After an initial bootstrapping phase, Pipeimob raised a pre-seed round of approximately $455,000 in July 2023 and a Seed round of R$ 15 million in August 2025 to expand into the rental market and further develop its financial services.
