Pinaka Aerospace Solutions, established in 2007, operates as a manufacturer and solutions provider for the Indian defence and aerospace sectors. The company was co-founded by Radhika Pasumarthi and Subodh Sharma. Pasumarthi brings 17 years of experience as a senior scientist at India's Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), where she specialized in airborne and ground-based electronic warfare (EW) and communication intelligence systems. Sharma is an engineering graduate with over 26 years of experience in the Indian Air Force (IAF), handling various aircraft and serving in the Tri-Services Command. This combination of scientific research and military operational experience forms the foundation of the company's expertise.

Headquartered in Bangalore with offices in New Delhi, Hyderabad, and Chennai, Pinaka serves a client base that includes India's Armed Forces, the DRDO, and Defence Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Initially a software development and testing service provider, the company has transitioned to offering a broad range of products and solutions. Its business model focuses on the design, development, and manufacturing of critical systems and components, operating on a project and contract basis with these key national defense entities. In June 2022, Pinaka Aerospace was acquired by Zetwerk Manufacturing Business Private Limited.

Pinaka's offerings address avionics, electronic warfare, and communication systems. The product portfolio includes automatic test equipment (ATEs), simulators, test rigs, calibrators, airborne avionics, ground-support systems, and data acquisition systems. These components are integrated into key Indian military platforms such as the Tejas LCA, Jaguar, and Sukhoi-30 aircraft, as well as various missile systems, radar systems, and naval frigates. A notable achievement includes developing a critical engine control subsystem for the IAF's Jaguar fleet and a target acquisition and alignment solution for a surface-to-air missile, which received a Prime Minister's commendation. The company holds multiple quality certifications, including ISO-9001:2015, CEMILAC for airworthiness, DGAQA, and AS9100D:2016.
