Paylogic

Paylogic, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Amsterdam, provides an online ticketing and event management platform. The company was founded by Theo Hoeksema and Jan Van der Meer. It originated as a spin-out from ICT company Accepté, which had developed an e-commerce solution for ticket sellers. Paylogic challenged the existing ticketing industry by focusing on the relationship between event organizers and fans.

In April 2018, Paylogic was acquired by See Tickets, a subsidiary of Vivendi, for an undisclosed amount. At the time of the acquisition, Paylogic was a subsidiary of LiveStyle (formerly SFX Entertainment) and sold over five million tickets annually across more than ten countries. The acquisition was part of See Tickets' strategy to expand its operations in Europe and the U.S. As part of the deal, See Tickets also became the exclusive ticket provider for all of LiveStyle's U.S. events.

The platform enables event organizers to sell tickets through various channels, including customizable online shops, social media, and mobile apps. Its features include tools for managing peak sales traffic, creating shops in the organizer's visual identity, reporting and data analysis, personalization, and managing digital queues. The system supports the entire fan journey, from ticket sales to merchandise and travel services. Paylogic serves a prominent client base in the live music industry, including major festivals like Tomorrowland, ID&T, and Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE).
