Pastificio Mediterranea is a manufacturer of high-quality Italian pasta based in Silvano d'Orba, Italy, with a history of over 100 years. The company was founded in 1908 by Rocco Moccagatta, who started producing pasta in Ovada with his sister Giuseppina. Initially a handcrafted product, the company installed one of the first automatic presses in the region in 1936 to meet high demand. In 2003, a modern facility was established in Silvano d'Orba to replace the original plant.

The company produces over 140 different shapes and sizes of pasta under various brands, with "Moccagatta dal 1908" being the primary one. Its product lines include a classic range, a bronze-die cut premium line, an organic line, and an organic whole-wheat line, all made with 100% Italian semolina. Pastificio Mediterranea also engages in private label production for third-party clients.

The business has gone through several ownership changes. After being managed by the Spanish food group Cerealto since 2013, Cerealto finalized the acquisition in 2017. In November 2024, Turkish flour producer Ulusoy Un acquired 85% of the company from the Cerealto group, with the founding Moccagatta family remaining involved to contribute their expertise. For the fiscal year 2023, the company reported revenues of €20.4 million.
