Pass Interim is a digital platform designed to streamline the connection between temporary job seekers and recruitment agencies in France. The company was co-founded in 2022 by brothers-in-law Adrien Meyer and Maxime Houver. Meyer's background at Pôle Emploi (the French unemployment office) and Houver's user experience specialization informed the platform's development. They identified that temporary workers often register with only a few of the many agencies in their area, limiting their visibility and job opportunities.
The company provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that allows candidates to create a single profile to be visible to all partner agencies within a specific employment area, centralizing job offers and simplifying the application process. For recruitment agencies, the platform serves as a tool for sourcing local and available candidates, addressing talent shortages. The business model is based on agencies paying for the service. Pass Interim focuses on matching candidates based on soft skills and facilitates direct communication between candidates and recruiters through an integrated chat feature.
Launched after a period of incubation at Quai Alpha in Épinal, the platform quickly expanded its reach. Starting with a test phase with 10 agencies, it grew to over 350 client agencies and 35,000 registered candidates within two years. In July 2024, Pass Interim secured €600,000 in funding from Alsace Business Angels, I-Neo capital, and a private investor to support its national expansion and technological development, including the integration of artificial intelligence to improve the matching of offers and profiles. The company aims to double its workforce and projects a turnover of over €500,000 in 2025.
