Park Partners is the investment manager of the alternative investment fund Park Capital.

We provide equity and equity-linked financing solutions to listed small and mid-cap companies. We support not just by financial means, but also through the expertise, experience and entrepreneurial drive we bring to companies to help them realize their full potential.

We can provide financing through a wide range of equity linked solutions including, but not limited to, private placements, straight equity and convertible bonds.

Since 2018, Park Partners has initiated more than 387 million euros of equity financing, mainly on European stock markets.

Our goal is to ensure that the company’s growth program is fully funded.

Headquartered in Luxembourg, Park Partners also has offices in Paris, and Dubai.
