Pacific Capital Partners is a family enterprise based on long-established operations of our US affiliate company Prim Ventures, Inc., led by Wayne L Prim.

We invest in a wide variety of businesses and asset classes so our portfolio is diversified across industry sectors and international markets. In the US, real estate development is our principal activity. Additional holdings are in retail, natural resources, energy and renewables, agriculture, wineries and beverages, publishing, entertainment, technology and other niche investments. Our newest ventures are primarily in the UK (Black Sea Capital, Ltd), and Europe (Pacific Capital Partners, Lda).
