Inspired by the model of platforms like Doctolib, ouFormer provides a centralized, free-to-use search engine where businesses can find and book available training spots in real-time across various sectors, including safety, electrical accreditation, construction, and management.

The company's business model is based on a commission paid by the training organizations for each booking made through the site, while it remains free for the companies searching for and reserving training. The platform primarily targets companies and their HR or training managers, offering solutions for regulatory and specific skills training. By May 2025, the Bordeaux-based startup had successfully raised €450,000 to accelerate its expansion and enhance its platform, which by then featured nearly 500 training organizations.
