OpenSpace's patented AI technology processes the uploaded video, automatically stitching the images together and pinning them to project floor plans, creating a time-stamped digital twin of the site. This service is delivered through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model, with revenue generated via tiered subscriptions.

OpenSpace serves a broad clientele, including general contractors, specialty contractors, real estate developers, and property owners. The platform is designed to reduce miscommunications, save on travel time and costs, simplify dispute resolution, and provide a detailed historical record of a project. Beyond 360° captures, the technology has expanded to include 3D scans from LiDAR-enabled devices. A key feature is "ClearSight Progress Tracking," an AI-powered analytics tool that can classify and quantify materials and determine the percentage of work completed from the visual data.
