OnSite Access Inc. was a telecommunications services provider established in 1996 and headquartered in New York. The company's core business centered on delivering data applications and networking through proprietary fiber-optic and copper-based broadband networks. It focused on wiring commercial office buildings in urban centers, subsequently offering high-speed internet access and a suite of data services directly to the tenants within these properties.

The company's business model was to build and control the 'last-mile' infrastructure within high-occupancy commercial real estate, allowing it to provide competitive voice and data services to a concentrated client base of small and medium-sized businesses. In 2001, the company's New York City fiber network assets were purchased by eLink Communications after OnSite Access filed for bankruptcy. This acquisition was part of a broader industry consolidation trend where companies acquired network assets at a fraction of their initial investment cost. Subsequently, eLink Communications, including the former assets of OnSite Access, was acquired by Eureka GGN in 2002, further consolidating the competitive landscape of telecommunications providers for business customers.
