AirFund

AirFund is a digital platform designed to simplify the distribution of private market funds, connecting asset managers with distributors like wealth managers, private banks, and family offices. The company was launched in 2021 as a spin-off from the FinTech OneWealthPlace, founded by Alexandre Harkous, Yann Charraire, Sebastien Lievain, Cedric Hauber, and Xavier Chaudé. The platform provides an end-to-end solution that digitizes the entire fund lifecycle. This includes a marketplace for fundraising, digital subscriptions, distributor and investor relationship management, reporting, and commission management.

AirFund operates on a SaaS-based model, targeting wealth management consultants, family offices, private banks, insurers, and fund managers. It aims to make private asset investments—such as private equity, private debt, and real estate funds—more accessible to a broader range of investors through a streamlined and regulatory-compliant process. In November 2023, the company raised €6 million in a Series A round from institutional investors Amundi and CA Indosuez Wealth, who became minority shareholders. This investment is intended to accelerate the company's growth, support R&D, and fuel its European expansion into markets like the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and Spain.

The platform simplifies access for distributors through a single distribution agreement and offers tools for fund discovery, paperless subscriptions, and automated commission calculations.
