OneSource Water, founded in 2005, established itself as a key operator of point-of-use (POU) drinking water systems for the business-to-business market in the United States. The company's core business revolves around providing bottleless water coolers that purify a workplace's existing tap water on-site, presenting an alternative to traditional bottled water delivery services. This model targets businesses of all sizes, from offices and schools to factories and hospitals, looking for a more cost-effective and environmentally sustainable hydration solution. Revenue is generated through the rental and servicing of these purification and dispensing systems.

Before its acquisition, OneSource Water was a rapidly growing private entity, expanding its footprint through more than 20 of its own acquisitions, including a notable purchase of AquaPure in 2014. This aggressive growth strategy made it one of the fastest-growing bottleless water cooler companies in the U.S., with operations in over 30 metro areas serving more than 25,000 workplaces. The company was formerly known as P.O.U. Partners and had secured investments from firms like Balance Point Capital. On September 30, 2016, OneSource Water was acquired by Waterlogic, a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of purified drinking water dispensers. At the time of the acquisition, John Pavlovich and David Putt were Co-Presidents of OneSource. Following the transaction, they transitioned into roles at Waterlogic USA as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, respectively. The acquisition was a significant milestone for Waterlogic, nearly doubling its U.S. presence by adding approximately 48,000 coolers to its operations. Subsequently, Waterlogic itself merged with Culligan International in a deal completed in November 2022, creating a global leader in the consumer water market.
