Intellicene

Intellicene provides an integrated security software platform for enterprises and governments to manage complex security operations. The company has a history spanning over two decades, previously operating as Verint Situational Intelligence Solutions. In 2021, its cyber intelligence business was spun off and rebranded as Cognyte. The remaining entity, formerly Cognyte Situational Intelligence Solutions, was acquired by Volaris Group in December 2022 and subsequently rebranded as Intellicene. The acquisition by Volaris Group, which specializes in acquiring and growing vertical market technology companies, is intended to accelerate Intellicene's growth both organically and through further acquisitions.

The company is led by CEO Alan Stoddard, a technology executive with previous senior roles at Cognyte, Honeywell, and AMX Corp. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a B.S. in Astronautical Engineering from MIT. Under his leadership, the entire team transitioned to the new entity, ensuring continuity for clients and partners.

Intellicene's core offering is the Symphia software platform, a unified, video-centric security management system. This platform integrates data from disparate third-party systems, including video management systems (VMS), access control, and intrusion detection, into a single interface to provide comprehensive situational awareness. The product suite includes Symphia Control for command-and-control operations, Symphia VMS for video management, Symphia One for integrated event management, and Symphia NowForce for mobile dispatch and response. Symphia NowForce, which came to Verint through the 2018 acquisition of NowForce Ltd., is a key component, enabling real-time communication, dispatch of the closest responders, and enhanced situational awareness for public safety organizations, campus security, and first responders. The platform uses AI and predictive analytics to help users anticipate and mitigate threats, transforming vast data streams into actionable intelligence to improve response times and operational efficiency.
