Our state-of-the-art web-based solutions are built upon two solid foundations: an advanced and secure data & development platform called NICCI, and a highly customizable Content Management System (CMS) dubbed Basement. By using these two systems and by carefully consulting with our clients about their needs, our products are implemented on time and on budget, providing clients with practical solutions to complex challenges.
