New Layer Capital is a thesis-driven investment firm founded in Q1 2021 focused on the digital asset space. We believe that crypto networks have sparked a paradigm shift that will create significant value for society akin to the internet.

Our investment universe ranges from short-term liquid market opportunities, yield generation strategies, through to longer duration holdings, restructuring opportunities and special situations. We invest in base layer protocols, decentralized finance (DeFi), and early-stage blockchain businesses via tokens or equity.
