NeutraHealth PLC was a UK-based holding company founded in 2004 that produced and wholesaled nutraceutical products, including vitamins, minerals, and supplements. The company's strategy focused on consolidating the fragmented UK nutraceutical sector by acquiring established and profitable companies.

The company was listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange in 2005. Its acquisitions included Biocare, a brand sold to dieticians and health practitioners, and it also had group companies such as Brunel Healthcare and Totally Nourish. NeutraHealth supplied its products to major retailers like Alliance Boots, Tesco, and Superdrug.

In September 2010, after already holding a significant stake, Mumbai-based Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced its intention to acquire NeutraHealth for approximately £9.8 million. The acquisition was completed on November 15, 2010. Following the acquisition, NeutraHealth operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elder Pharmaceuticals. According to UK Companies House records, NeutraHealth PLC was officially dissolved on August 30, 2021.
