The first, Guangzhou Neuroo Education Technology Co., Ltd., also known as Neuroo (纽诺育儿), was a China-based company founded in 2009. This company focused on providing childcare and parenting services for children aged 0-6. Its offerings included online courses, offline classes, and on-site guidance to help Chinese parents with early childhood development. The company went through several funding rounds, including a Series A of $10.3 million in April 2018. However, according to market data, the company is now out of business as of March 2022.

The second entity is Neuroo Technologies, a French-based company established in 2020 by founder Virginie Ducable. Headquartered in Le Petit-Quevilly, this firm operates in the business-to-business software market, providing an AI-based decision support solution. The software is designed to analyze video streams from CCTV networks in real-time to detect risky situations. It utilizes machine learning and computer vision to transform video data into actionable insights and alerts for operational optimization. This enables clients, such as local authorities and private companies, to enhance security for large events, combat petty crime, and secure spaces against intrusions.
