Neural Galaxy (also known as Neuro or Yǔnǎo Yínhé) is a neurotechnology company developing solutions for brain disorders. Founded in July 2019, the company aims to advance the understanding of brain cognition to address neurological diseases. The founding team includes Professor Hesheng Liu from Harvard Medical School, along with Feng Guoping and Robert Desimone, both academicians at MIT.

Neural Galaxy has established a presence in Beijing, Hangzhou, and Changsha in China, as well as a U.S. office in Burlington, MA. The company has successfully raised significant capital to fund its research and development, securing a total of 650 million RMB (approximately $100 million USD) by August 2021 through multiple funding rounds, including an Angel round, a Pre-A round, and a Series A round. Key investors include Bencao Capital, Tsinghua University's Holin Capital, Feng瑞 Capital, and Lightspeed China Partners.
