In March 2021, NeoDove secured $1.5 million in a seed funding round led by India Quotient, with participation from angel investors. A significant milestone occurred in May 2022, when NeoDove was acquired by Vyapar, a provider of GST billing and accounting software, for an undisclosed amount.
