NEBA Lithium Solution, also known as Neba Corporation, is a South Korean venture enterprise established in 2016 by CEO Chang-Keun Baek. Baek, who holds a Ph.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology, has a background in lithium secondary battery development at Samsung SDI and Hanwha Solutions. He founded NEBA after Hanwha ceased its battery materials business, aiming to domestically produce lithium metal, which was entirely imported at the time.

The company is a specialized manufacturer of lithium metal material parts, positioning itself as the only one of its kind in Korea. Its core business revolves around producing high-purity lithium metal (99.9% or higher) and its derivatives for use as anode materials in next-generation batteries, including lithium-ion and solid-state batteries. NEBA's product portfolio is extensive, including lithium ingots, ultra-thin lithium foils, lithium chips for cell evaluation, lithium granules used as additives, and lithium chloride powder. The company has developed technology to produce ultra-thin lithium metal foil that is thinner and wider than competing products, having recently developed a 10-micron thick, 250mm wide foil.

In addition to lithium products, NEBA also produces sodium metal materials and offers a recycling and disposal service for waste lithium metal, leveraging its technical expertise to handle the reactive material safely. The company serves clients in the rapidly growing electric vehicle (EV) and secondary battery markets. NEBA has successfully raised capital, securing a Series A investment of 10 billion KRW from Kolon Industries and a Series A bridge investment of 5 billion KRW from POSCO Tech Investment. To expand its production capacity, the company opened a new factory in Sejong City in March 2024, more than doubling its previous output.
