NaYoo is a Thai real estate marketplace platform providing comprehensive services for buying, selling, renting, home design, and construction. The company was co-founded by CEO Pakkanat Booncherchaiyan and COO Pachara Chin-on. NaYoo originated as a project within SCG's "ZERO TO ONE by SCG" internal startup incubator and received seed funding from the corporation in 2021 before being officially launched on November 16, 2021, in partnership with Khon Kaen University's Science Park.
The platform's business model focuses on providing up-to-date and accurate information for homebuyers, renters, and real estate operators. It operates through a hyper-local strategy, establishing partnerships with local experts in various provinces under brands like "Ubon NaYoo" and "Khon Kaen NaYoo" to offer in-depth market analysis and consumer behavior insights. This approach aims to reduce search time for property seekers and provide valuable data for business operators. In addition to property listings, NaYoo offers services for finding home designs and construction companies. The company has also launched "Baan Prom," a platform designed to assist real estate agents.
In March 2025, NaYoo announced it had raised over 40 million baht in a pre-Series A funding round. The round was supported by NVEST Venture, a fund under the Government Savings Bank and the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and Allkons One, an online construction materials platform. The company plans to use the capital to expand its services throughout Thailand by 2027 and enter international markets, particularly in the ASEAN region, by 2029.
