We are developing a platform that combines robots and data utilization to address staffing shortages and enhance the vitality of retail stores. Our store robot, "Armo," is a multi-purpose robot that can seamlessly handle tasks from stocking to collecting in-store data, such as shelf images, simply by changing its expansion unit. Additionally, the images of store shelves collected by Armo are stored and organized on a cloud service called "Eureka Platform." This service serves as a platform connecting retailers and suppliers by providing real-time images of product shelves, as well as analyses of issues such as stockouts and planogram compliance on those images. This allows for easy monitoring and facilitates improvements in store operations and the creation of optimal shelf layouts.
