Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) is the international property development arm of the DTGO Group of Companies, a Thai business-social organization. Founded in 1994 by Thippaporn Ahriyavraromp, the youngest daughter of CP Group's senior chairman Dhanin Chearavanont, MQDC evolved from a company named Town & Country Development. Thippaporn, who holds a BSc in engineering, established the parent company DTGO in 1993 with a vision of integrating business success with social responsibility.
