MoMA PS1

Art;Non Profit;Training@MoMA PS1 is a nonprofit contemporary art institution in the United States that organizes art exhibitions in underutilized and abandoned spaces across New York City. Its building is used as studio, performance, and exhibition spaces. Exhibitions at MoMA PS1 include artists’ retrospectives, site-specific installations, historical surveys, arts from across the United States and the world, and a full schedule of music and performance programming. MoMA PS1 was founded in 1971 by Alanna Heiss as the Institute for Art and Urban Resources Inc. It is based in Long Island City, New York.
