This was followed by a strategic acquisition by CloudMD Software & Services Inc., a Vancouver-based healthcare technology company. The acquisition, valued at approximately $116 million, was announced in November 2021 and officially closed in January 2022. The transaction integrated MindBeacon's mental health services into CloudMD's broader healthcare platform, creating a combined entity with a network of 5,500 corporate clients covering over five million lives. Following the acquisition, MindBeacon was delisted from the TSX. The company is now part of Kii Health.
