His background includes an MBA in Marketing and Finance, as well as MSEE and BSEE degrees in Electrical Engineering, alongside various leadership roles in business development and sales at tech companies like Solid Information Technology (acquired by IBM) and Cyveillance (acquired by QinetiQ North America).

The firm developed a cloud-based intelligence platform designed to provide enterprises with actionable data to identify and predict security and privacy risks in mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. The core of its business was to offer forensic-level security data and visibility into mobile app behaviors, enabling clients to prevent data breaches before they happened.
