Mereo Capital Partners makes opportunistic and thematic private equity investments in lower middle-market companies. Our partners bring complementary skillsets, each with over 25 years of experience, allowing for a flexible and creative approach to providing capital solutions to companies in transition. Our investment strategy encompasses control equity, minority equity and structured equity investments.

Our sector-focused investment strategy utilizes a thesis driven approach leveraging our experience in aerospace & defense, industrial, healthcare services and business services companies. We also engage a proprietary network of subject matter experts that provide actionable insight to support our portfolio companies.

We invest between $10mm and $30mm per transaction in companies with minimum normalized EBITDA of $3mm and minimum revenue of $10mm.
