A year later, he established the Hominis group, which was subsequently rebranded as Menway in 2013.

More recently, the acquisition of Weem in 2025, a platform for high-level independent talent, significantly reinforced Menway's position in the premium consulting and transition management market. The company operates through a network of approximately 80 locations, ensuring close proximity to regional employment markets.
