Co-founder and CIO Dr. Russell Read has a long history in institutional investment, having served as CIO for CalPERS, the Alaska Permanent Fund, and the Gulf Investment Corporation. Co-founder and CEO Peter Lejre previously worked in private equity at the Gulf Investment Corporation and spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, focusing on corporate finance. In 2022, Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners, a joint venture between Mubadala Capital and Alpha Wave Global, made a strategic equity investment in MEASA Partners to support its growth.
