MarkOS is a Seattle-based technology company founded in 2024 by Marius Ciocirlan, David Dawson, and Wesley Yun. The firm develops artificial intelligence-based software to help companies, particularly large enterprises and franchises in regulated industries, manage and maintain brand consistency. The platform audits a company's creative assets—including photos, text, and videos—to ensure they comply with brand, legal, and regulatory guidelines. In July 2024, MarkOS secured $4 million in a pre-seed funding round. The round was led by Ludlow Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Ascend, Breakers, Red Antler, Plug and Play, Four Acres Capital, and executives from Nike and OpenAI. The company targets a business-to-business (B2B) market, operating with a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription model. The software is designed to address the growing challenge of maintaining brand integrity as generative AI makes content creation more widespread.
