The company, which was based in Houston, Texas, provided a tool for businesses to analyze their website traffic with a specific focus on the physical location of their visitors. Its primary market appeared to be the real estate sector, enabling brokerages to generate leads by identifying the addresses, names, and contact information of households visiting their websites. This allowed clients to better understand their brand's popularity and programmatically target potential customers based on site visitation.

The service was delivered through a tracking code, available as a JavaScript snippet or a WordPress plugin, that website owners would install on their pages.
