Manufactured Duct & Supply

Manufactured Duct & Supply (MDS) is a wholesale distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC supplies, including custom-fabricated duct board. The company was founded in 1995 in Norcross, Georgia, by Roger Torri, with his business partner Kenny Simpson, and Eric Harris and Gerald Paige. Torri began his career in the HVAC industry in 1979, starting in a warehouse and duct board shop before moving into sales.

The business began with five employees, a single delivery truck, and 17,000 square feet of warehouse space. It now operates from its headquarters in Doraville, Georgia, with satellite warehouses in Duluth, Marietta, and Forest Park, employing over 40 people and managing a combined 100,000 square feet of warehouse space with a fleet of ten trucks. The business model is centered on supplying HVAC contractors throughout the metro Atlanta area and the Southeast. MDS offers a comprehensive range of products, including sheet metal pipes, fittings, insulation, copper line sets, thermostats, and various accessories and tools. On July 21, 2025, Manufactured Duct & Supply was acquired by Ferguson Enterprises Inc., a large value-added distributor in the North American construction market. This acquisition is intended to strengthen Ferguson's HVAC presence and customer base in the Atlanta market.

Roger Torri continues to serve as the company's President, working alongside his daughter, Christa Shoukry. Kenny Simpson retired in 2014, and Gerald Paige remains with the company.
