Luna POS

Luna POS is an Indonesian financial software company that offers a cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) and accounting application designed to streamline business operations for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Launched in late 2019, the company was founded by Abdullah Lewis (CEO), Patricco Baron (CTO), and Irianto Siah (COO). As a serial entrepreneur in retail, Abdullah Lewis created Luna to help Indonesian merchants digitize their businesses.

The company's primary product is a full-stack operating system that helps merchants manage sales, inventory, finances, and customer relations. The platform targets a wide range of businesses, including restaurants, cafes, salons, laundries, and various retail stores. Its business model is based on providing a comprehensive suite of tools to improve operations, payments, and accounting. Luna POS offers features such as business analytics, inventory management, staff attendance tracking, and financial reporting. The application is available on both web and Android platforms.

In addition to its core POS system, Luna has developed an integrated ecosystem of services. This includes Luna One for payment processing, Luna Capital for financing support, TokoLuna for e-commerce, Luna Mart for supply chain solutions, and Luna Legal for legal support. The company has formed partnerships with major banks like CIMB Niaga and Bank Neo Commerce, as well as P2P lenders. With a presence in over 70 cities in Indonesia and serving more than 20,000 merchants, Luna has received funding from investors such as TNB Aura, Seedstars, 1982 Ventures, and Century Oak Capital.
