Linker is a Brazilian fintech that operated as a digital bank focused on providing financial services and banking solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Founded in 2019 by David Mourão, Ingrid Barth, and Daniel Benevides, the company aimed to address the specific banking challenges faced by entrepreneurs. The founding team brought relevant experience to the venture; Mourão had a background at Itaú and Vinci Partners, while Barth and Benevides were involved with Neon, another Brazilian fintech.

The company provided a digital platform offering services such as PJ (legal entity) accounts, corporate credit cards, bill payments, and collections management. It operated on a freemium model with tiered plans, including free options for new businesses and more comprehensive plans with features like multi-user access and additional team cards for growing companies. Linker's platform was accessible via an app on both iOS and Android devices.

In November 2021, Linker was acquired by Omie, a Brazilian cloud-based ERP platform, for approximately BRL 120 million (around USD 21.9 million at the time). This acquisition was a strategic move for Omie to integrate financial services with its management software, creating a more comprehensive ecosystem for SMEs. Following the acquisition, the Linker brand was maintained, and its team of around 60 employees was incorporated into Omie. At the time of the acquisition, Linker served over 30,000 SMEs.

However, as of January 3, 2025, Linker ceased its operations. All accounts, cards, and issued boletos were canceled. Customers were directed to contact Omie's partner, Dock, for any remaining issues, such as saldo withdrawals.
