Legend of Arcadia (LOA) is a blockchain-based, free-to-play, and play-to-earn mobile strategy card game developed by Mugen Interactive. Founded in 2022, the company aims to merge traditional gaming experiences with Web3 GameFi mechanics. The game is set in a fantasy universe inhabited by toy-like humanoid creatures called 'toy heroes', which players collect, upgrade, and battle. The core gameplay involves strategic card-based battles with both Player-versus-Environment (PvE) and Player-versus-Player (PvP) modes.

The company's business model revolves around its dual-token economy and the trade of in-game assets as NFTs. The primary governance and utility token is $ARCA, which can be earned through gameplay, staking, and participating in events. This capital is intended to accelerate game development and ecosystem expansion. The team includes professionals with experience from major gaming and tech companies like Tencent, Seasun Studios, and WeLab. Andy Lee, the Executive Producer, is also the co-founder and CEO of Mugen Interactive and has a background in building games at Tencent's Lightspeed Studios.
