This infrastructure is designed to reduce technical friction and shorten product launch timelines from months to weeks. Kira's technology leverages stablecoins and blockchains like Stellar for faster, low-cost cross-border payments.

The company's business model targets both startups and large enterprises, providing them with a turnkey solution for embedded finance. Clients can offer their customers features such as real-time global payments to over 35 countries and yield-bearing USD-denominated wallets. After operating in stealth for over a year and generating $3 million in revenue in its first year, Kira announced a $6.7 million seed funding round in August 2025. The funding is intended to accelerate expansion across Latin America, starting with South America, and to grow its technical team.
