Just Learn, a product of Just Rojgar Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is an EdTech and SkillTech company founded in Noida, India, in 2020 by Aakriti Choudhary and Abhishek R Chola. The company provides a comprehensive learning and skilling platform that utilizes technologies like AI, Virtual Reality (VR), and Metaverse-based training.

The platform offers over 1,500 certification courses across more than 150 domains, focusing on 21st-century skills and Industry 4.0 requirements. Its offerings include a 360-degree Learning Management System (LMS), mobile app accessibility, digital training, video lectures, and customized curriculum development for its clients. The company serves a diverse B2B client base that includes corporations, institutions, government bodies, and NGOs across various sectors like healthcare, tourism, and manufacturing, for the purpose of upskilling and reskilling their workforce.

Backed by the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow - Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML-EIC), Just Learn has secured multiple rounds of funding. In July 2023, it raised approximately $198K in a Pre-Series A round, and in March 2025, it received a further investment from IIML-EIC at a valuation of around $15 million. These funds are allocated towards developing AI trainer bots, creating VR courses, and expanding its team and marketing efforts. The company has received several awards and was recognized by the Government of India as one of the Top 75 Impactful Indian organizations.
