Zhengzhou Jinhui Computer System Engineering Co., Ltd., also known as Jinhui Keji, is an IT enterprise established in 1997 by Zhao Huiqin. The company is located in the Zhengzhou National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. The current chairman is Zhang Chenmin. Initially, the company's first product was the 'Jinhui' brand computer, which was the first independent computer brand in Henan province, aimed at meeting the needs of primary and secondary school computer education.

In 1999, Jinhui Keji began developing a harmful image and information filtering system based on image recognition technology to address the rise of inappropriate content on the internet. Leveraging its expertise in visual recognition, Jinhui Keji expanded into the machine vision sector in 2017, developing automated defect detection solutions for industrial manufacturing. These solutions are utilized in the food and automotive parts manufacturing industries by major companies. The firm has also developed a "5G + machine vision quality inspection industrial internet platform" to enhance automated detection in smart factories. Jinhui Keji's broader business scope includes computer system engineering, software development, sales of electronic and educational equipment, and development of intelligent equipment.
