Founded in 2011 as Fengxin County Chunrong Ceramic Raw Material Co., Ltd., the company initially focused on ceramic materials before shifting to the lithium sector. The company's business model is a vertically integrated industrial chain that includes ore mining and sorting, refinement, and deep processing to produce lithium salts. Its primary offerings are battery-grade and industrial-grade lithium carbonate, which are critical raw materials for the cathodes and electrolytes in lithium-ion batteries. Wei Xuchun, the legal representative and Chairman, has a background in various businesses, including bamboo products and ceramics, before venturing into the lithium industry. Based in Yichun, Jiangxi, a region known as Asia's "Lithium Capital," Jiuling Lithium leverages local lithium mica resources.
