Jagonal was an Australian real estate portal focused on the commercial leasing market, founded in September 2013 by REA Group alumni Serge Kotlyarov, Andrew Brown, and Max Sim. The Sydney-based startup aimed to address the shortcomings of traditional property search methods, which were often adapted from the residential market.

The company developed a platform that cataloged thousands of office buildings with over 50 searchable features, including building grade, specific layouts, and amenities like bike racks. Jagonal's core offerings were its two distinct technologies: JAG(View) and JAG(Search). JAG(View) was a patented 3D search tool that allowed users to virtually explore office buildings and precincts, providing simulated views from every window. This was built upon a database of commercial property addresses mapped with geographic accuracy. JAG(Search) functioned as a specialized search engine, enabling users to input descriptive terms to find properties that met their precise criteria, moving beyond simple filter checkboxes. Search results were ranked by relevancy rather than by paid advertiser placements.

Jagonal's business model was designed to be more accessible for smaller office owners compared to existing classifieds portals, with pricing aligned to the size of the office space. The platform also allowed owners and agents to digitally subdivide larger office spaces to attract a wider range of tenants. Despite its approach and partnerships with major industry players, the company faced financial difficulties. After investors chose not to provide additional funding, Jagonal was placed into administration in November 2016 and was subsequently put up for sale. The Australian private company, JAGONAL INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS PTY LTD, had its Australian Business Number (ABN) canceled on August 17, 2017.
