Bodsworth, with a background in telecoms and billing consultancy since 1998, identified the potential to acquire and redevelop the Eclipse billing software for wider channel application.

The company's core product is the Eclipse NG, a cloud-based billing platform developed to automate and manage complex billing scenarios. It features automated data collection from multiple carriers, revenue assurance tools to validate charges, and an online portal, Enlighten, for end-customer self-service. The Enlighten portal allows customers to view bills, analyze usage, and manage services like SIM swaps.
