In 1991, a group of six friends—Praveen Kankariya, Pankaj Mittal, Nitin Kankariya, Anand Raman, Aniruddha Gadre, and Rajan Hart—came together with a shared vision. They founded Impetus Technologies, starting their journey not in a garage, but with a focus on software product development services. The initial business was built on helping other companies build their products. This foundational work in software engineering set the stage for what was to come. The company identified a major shift in the technology landscape: the rise of Big Data.
