For the financial year ending March 31, 2022, IDS Denmed reported revenue of ₹163 crore.

In a significant strategic development in August 2025, Vasa Denticity Limited, the parent company of the online platform Dentalkart, acquired a 51% controlling stake in IDS Denmed. This acquisition, a mix of cash and a share swap, positions the combined entity to reach over 90% of dental clinics in India by integrating IDS Denmed's offline distribution network with Vasa Denticity's digital platform. The founding team of IDS Denmed is expected to continue in leadership roles to ensure operational continuity.
